At Northern Arizona Aquarium Rescue we believe that every life deserves a second chance. Our mission is to provide sanctuary, care, and advocacy for aquarium animals in need while inspiring a national movement of compassion and conservation. We are dedicated to rescuing neglected, abandoned, or at-risk aquatic life, rehabilitating them with expert care, and finding them safe, loving environments.
Through education, collaboration, and community empowerment, we aim to establish and support a network of aquarium rescues across the nation, fostering a future where every aquatic animal thrives in environments that prioritize their well-being. Together, we are committed to creating a world where the beauty and diversity of aquatic life are cherished and protected for generations to come.

Northern Arizona Aquarium Rescue has continued its mission this season by successfully rescuing and rehoming a number of aquatic species surrendered from across the region. Each animal receives individualized care, including proper tank environments, species-specific diets, and ongoing health monitoring. Our team remains committed to providing safe, long-term solutions for aquatic animals in need while promoting responsible aquarium ownership through education and community outreach.

We are working toward a long-term goal of creating a nationwide network of sponsored partner rescues to help aquarium animals in need across the United States. To make this vision a reality, we are looking for individuals and organizations interested in becoming rescue partners.
